In case of bad weather, is it possible to cancel the reservation and get a refund?
Yes, you can postpone the reservation for another day or request a refund.
Are the crew and vessel insured?
Yes, they are insured up to the amount specified by the insurance policy.
What is a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit is paid at check-in to cover any optional cost. If there is no damage or loss to the vessel or the equipment, the amount of the deposit will be refunded to you.
Am I required to fill the fuel tank before returning the boat?
Yes, you will pick up the boat with a full tank of fuel and you must return it with a full tank.
